Inn-Tensive Care is a narrative driven murder mystery game set in a fantasy 1800s
England. The player is tasked with going undercover as an inn’s doctor to gather information about potential suspects.

Inn-Tensive Care’s narrative will be driven through NPC interaction. Character’s such as the inn’s manager, police and patients will make comments based off the current situation.
The player’s purpose: The main plot of Inn-Tensive Care is to go undercover and avoid raising suspicion by taking the role of the inn’s doctor. To effectively do so they will need to learn how to make potions, secretly gathering intel on who the potential killer could be.
The game is in the player's hands: Despite their being a "mainline objective; The player is free and open to take the role of anyone they want to be. If they want to have a crack at solving the killer then they're more than welcome to! but if instead if they want to have a change of heart and decide to be come a killer of their own then that is also an option.
Multiple Endings: Depending on the type of character they want to play, the player will encounter multiple endings upon finishing their playthrough. Based on the choices made, the player could land up anywhere from being praised for finding the killer to ending up in jail for killing too many patients.

Detect: Use the documentation given by patients to find out information and clues as to the killer's identity.
Diagnose: Each patient will have their own problem, use your brain power to decide on which potion is the right solution.
Develop: Using a variety of tools and ingredients given, create a cure which will either cure or poison the patient.
